Gabrielle was amazing! She cared for our dogs for a week in our home. She was attentive to any of their needs and any of my instructions or questions. I would definitely book again with her!

Consider this review a warning about leaving your dog(s) in Gabrielle’s care. We booked her to stay at our house and watch our two dogs for the week. I confirmed multiple times that she was available. The first day, she showed up and stayed for an hour, left the for seven hours, returned for a couple hours around 7pm then LEFT THEM OVERNIGHT FOR 12 HOURS without saying anything to us. We knew from the ring doorbell but still decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and ask. I texted Gabrielle asking how the first night went. 30 minutes later she showed up at the house, texted me a photo of them and said “they’re doing great” which was dodging my question. My husband called and flat out asked if she stayed with the dogs the previous night. She said “no, I accidentally double booked”. There was no way we were leaving our dogs in her negligent care. We asked her to leave and had to make new arrangements from a different country & time zone. It’s also important to note there was a winter weather advisory and ice on the roads. She put our dogs in danger and brushed it off as a mistake by being double booked. I’m not convinced it was an accident since there was no communication. She proceeded to charge me for the first night AND cancelation fee (three additional nights).
