Dog mom of 15 years. Frida (8 year old spayed female Miniature Pinscher/ Dachshund mix, Scorpio) . I live an apartment complex that is dog friendly. I take Frida to potty around 7 am at our apartment designated pet area. Breakfast is shortly after. potty break at around noon, then dinner and evening walk between 4pm-6pm. On weekends or evenings Frida and I walk at nearby parks which is 15 minute walking distance from my apartment. I take Frida to variety of Dog parks in North East LA and Pasadena. Update 2/16 Polo has transitioned and is no longer with us but I keep his name on my profile because I’ve dedicated many years of care. Making the decision to euthanize was difficult but I feel it speaks to my capacity to put my pets well-being first before my own grief as a pet owner.
