Im not happy to be writing this review but I feel obligated. I contacted Gabriella to do drop in visits for my two dogs while Im at work. I work 24 hr shifts, so its important my dogs get some play time, potty breaks and food. We agreed to 3 visits per day. Morning, afternoon and evening. Gabriella promised to visit before she started her other job, ( approx 0730 am first visit ), After she got off work and before bed. I should have seen the "red flag" when she asked to be paid on Paypal instead of the Rover app...On her first day of visiting the dogs, she asked if the dogs had breakfast and I responded with yes... i asked if she had visited them in the morning and she said "yes" and that she had used the keys I gave her for the house. She must not have known that I have a driveway camera... as I reviewed the camera I found she was not there in the morning at all. I asked her to clarify...she admitted to lying about her visit and she apologized. I said "no hard feelings, please just take good care of my babies". Next visit day went well and she did what we agreed and even gave the dogs a bath ( so she said but I cant verify ). So here is where it gets worse. Next visit day, she arrived with TWO MEN with her...Now my pit mix demo is a rescue dog who had a rough past. He does not like men he does not know. Especially if I am not home. I had previously specifically asked Gabriella not to bring any guys over because of my dogs past and it would stress him out. Not to mention he might act in a non-favorable way towards them. So my driveway camera has video and sound recording, I hear Gabriella invite both men inside my home. I see one man look in the window and then I hear him say "those dogs are a lot bigger than I thought, we will wait outside." Clearly this is beyond acceptable. Were they planning to steal from me? I have no cameras inside the house, so anything terrible could have happened!!!!! To top it all off, her last two visits of that day were for a TOTAL of 3 minutes each! (driveway camera has a clock as well) She rushed the dogs out to potty then rushed them inside, then she closed the door and left both times. I reviewed the camera recordings that evening and when I discovered all of this, I text Gabriella and told her she was fired and trespassed from my property. I then asked for her to repay me for the Paypal money since she did not do as agreed. Needless to say, she refused the repayment and said that she was reporting me to Rover and Paypal...but for what? What a mess. Hopefully Rover will prevent her from doing this to anyone else.

Very helpful and accommodating. My rescues usually take time to open up, but not for Gabriella; they warmed up to her right away!
