Hi! My name is Gabriella! (and this is my sweetheart Scott) We live seaside amongst the boats nestled in Marina Del rey. I'm originally from the Midwest and I've been an animal lover since before I can remember. I’ve cared for cats, dogs, snakes, birds, hamsters, horses and even elephants. A few years back I downsized to a small sailboat. no longer having the space for any pets of my own, I decided to spend my time helping others take care of their beloved animals when they need care! Then, I met my love and we joined forces by moving into an even tinier sailboat that we love to pieces. Although we had been friends for years, we fell in love while dogsitting. I’ll be your main sitter and Scott is my bow wow back up. We make a great team (and, he’s a cinematographer, so expect some cute pet portraits!) I've spent quite some time overseas in southeast Asia volunteering with an elephant reahabilitation organization and dog rehabilitation sanctuary where I gained a lot of experience with animals that have unique temperaments. I care regularly for a handful of older dogs that require medications and extra care with specific dietary restrictions or homemade bone broths. I feel very comfortable taking care of pets of all ages and conditions. I am Reiki certified and I apply it to healing, treating stress and easing anxiety that a pet may have whether it be for an injury or just for general relaxation. (think a relaxing gentle pet massage) I love to run and i’m happy to take longer, more active strolls for the most energetic of our furry friends.
