Pet care experience
Please double check with me on rates before assuming the rates here are correct. I consider many factors and the rates here are the highest possible so if you arr closer or dont need as much care, my rates are lower. If you are looking for someone to spoil your dog while you are away, you've found me! I have previously worked at a pet store, dog daycare, two animal shelters, pet supply customer service call center, dog kennel and shadowed as a dog trainer. I am very knowledgeable, patient and love being surrounded by animals. I love to play outside with your pet(s) or cuddle on the couch while watching animal planet. Whatever they want. I have 3 dogs of my own. They are my world! I love all my customers dogs as much as my own. I am happy to help you tire out or train your puppy during my visits. I clean up messes they make and care for your house as my own. I clean litter boxes, bring in mail/packages, take garbage out on garbage day if you are out of town. Whatever your pet care needs are I'm happy to fit it into my visit!

Gabriella's drop in visits with our chihuahua Bernie really gave us peace of mind knowing he could stay in his own home and someone was visiting him multiple times a day. We also have a pet bunny that Gabriella also took care of during her visits. It was a big relief knowing she has bunny experience. She definitely went above and beyond. Bernie clearly loves Gabriella and I felt safe leaving him in her hands.

I always care for your pets and your home as my own. I like to give love and affection to your pets and am always extra cautious if out on walks. I usually ask at meet and greets where I can find cleaning supplies in case there is a mess. I clean litter boxes daily if you are away. I don't like looking through people's homes so please let me know where I can find food, treats, garbage and the bathroom during my visits.

In my home or for long stays at yours, i will ask: Has your dog ever attacked or been attacked by another dog, please describe the situation, why it happened and how your dog responded to it? Is your dog afraid of anything? Thunder, fireworks, spiders? How do they react when these things happen? This helps me read your dogs body language better and keep them happy and comfortable. Has your pet ever escaped a kennel or fence or rushed out a door, please describe in detail so that I can keep them safe in my care. Does your pet have any food sensitivities or allergies? Health issues? Any food/toy aggression? Or toy types they destroy and can't have? Accidents inside? Don't worry, I don't judge them, I just like to know so that I know to check areas that might need cleanup.
A typical day
A typical day for me involves short walks, walks around the yard, throwing balls, toys, sometimes Frisbee, feeding dogs/cats, refreshing water dishes, sometimes playing with the hose, mini pools, playing tug, cuddling, belly rubs! I even do car rides for some pups

Availability
**All time period slots are limited and flexibility is required** I have been doing Rover for 7 years and currently do it full time. I can usually fit last minute drop in visits into my schedule within 2 hours of the requested time. I do not do drop in visits between 11pm and 7 am. On a busy day, I get up at 6/7ish to do drop in visits in the morning before taking my stepdaughter to school and my dogs morning routine and playtime after that. Then have 1-2 drop in visits for lunchtime. I then go home and play/train my dogs for 1-2 hours. Pick up stepdaughter, clean/playtime, dinner, family time(dogs included)and go out for night drop in visits before joining my dogs in bed for the night.(My dogs=my 3 and boarder/daycare, all are treated the same in my home) Scratch all this on holidays - I provide visits 6am to midnight. I take a late morning or early afternoon nap. I book up quickly for holidays. In pet care a lot of things can happen that get me behind or put me in a rush, my day is never the same and I do ask that my customers give me a two hour window for my drop in visit arrival time. Potty messes, surprise bath needs, so many things happen that require me to be flexible and prepared.
