To be respectful towards all clients boarding, each dog must be picked up a maximum of 27 hours after dropoff. Please message if pick up will be passed this hour. Be conscious that Rover company policy state that boarding is 24 hours. Anyone picking up excessively over this period or the pickup time will be charged accordingly, either doggy daycare or in cases where it's past 8 pm up to an additional night.
