Pet care experience
The longest I’ve taken care of a dog personally has been of my American pit, Rocco Billy, who is nine years old. As of recent (during my year post grad from UCSD, go tritons!) I have taken care of elderly dogs all the way up to the age of 15 and pups as young as one month old for family/friends, and strangers now new acquaintances. I’ve had the honor to enter new homes/lives and am amazed at how much I’ve enjoyed this experience; thus I have come to branch onto Rover, I’m so excited for the new furry friends I’m going to make! From pug to poodle to pit I have the most fun finding how each pup has fun…their ways of play are more varying than one may think! I follow all dietary/medication directions provided and am comfortable bathing them as well. I also tend to walk the pups a few miles or minutes longer than they usually get to as if they were on vacation as well! 😂 I have also worked with both indoor/outdoor cats if that’s something you would need as well. Gabriela took care of our dogs over a long weekend and she was great to work with. She was very good with our two dogs, our unique living situation, and both dogs' separate dietary, exercise and attention needs. The dogs were well cared for and very relaxed when we got home. She was respectful of our home and left it as clean as it was when she arrived. I highly recommend her!
Gabriela is a great pet sitter. My dog can be a lot to handle but when he’s with Gabby, he becomes complete mush. She is loving and caring and I completely trust her not only handling my dog but also caring for my home. Highly recommend her for anyone that may be needing an overnight sitter.
Gabriela has been the secondary caretaker for my dog since adopting my pup. She keeps great communication and constantly sends pictures and updates of my dog. My dog is leash reactive and Gabriela makes sure to accommodate her needs and makes sure that my pup is always comfortable and safe. I would not trust another person to keep with my dog’s schedule, she is truly a gem and I absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in her services.
Gabriela has been my go to dog walker for my dog Sidney since she was a puppy. She helped me when I was unable to walk her and had been a constant and reliable dog walker. She’s extremely reliable, patient, and flexible with any last minute changes that have occurred from time to time. I highly recommend hiring Gabriela if you want a happy, walker, well behaved pup.

I tend to all responsibilities including plant and trash duties that may be necessary on extended stays. I also am very respectful of your space in that I do not enter rooms unnecessarily and tend to keep in my designated bedroom and general living area as to keep your pet company. I’m very comfortable sleeping with pets and do not mind if your pet joins me to sleep but am also respectful of k9/feline parents that don’t allow it and follow their rules. Basically, if you’ve given me directions, I’m following them. I also wash everything I use and put away in their respective areas, if applicable. Your pets are walked, fed, and played with in the same schedule they’re used to just with my company :)

If your pet has a specific regime that you would like to follow such as a single or multiple feeding times or 3+ walks a day. If there is any medication they need to take, at which times of day, and before/after/during their meals. I would also like to know if your pet is a rescue and is sensitive to certain triggers that I could accommodate.
A typical day
A typical day with me would be to wake up and go on their daily walk. Following the walk they will be fed, unless directed otherwise, and remaining indoors for the less active pets. Remaining indoors however does not mean less fun! I play with them over periods of time and your pet gets to rest in between, usually with a tongue sticking out. Otherwise, I like to take more active dogos on hikes and longer walks exploring a new neighborhood. Usually stopping at nearby parks! In the evening they will receive another walk and feeding and sleep contently.

Availability
I currently am between jobs with a few part times sprinkled on varying weeks so I should have more than enough time to care for your pet! I’m a very tame individual and don’t tend to go out clubbing/partying so I’m free for weekends if those are things you’d like to do while I keep your pet company at home :)
