Pet care experience
I have been traveling extensively and started to pet-sit for 'Trusted Housesitters', i.e. I took care of 2 cats in San Pedro, a dog in Santa Barbara and 2 dogs in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. They slept with me on the bed and were so excited when we all got up. I loved walking them at 6:30 am, strolling through the park, the town just waking up. Now I am back in Santa Barbara teaching Yoga and Movement classes. I shared my first rental I with a blind lady and her guide dog Timber. I have since moved dotown but still see her as a client (and therefore Timber) 2x a week. I volunteer at Hearts Equine Center since I finished my Reiki* 3 Training (Master Level) n 2017 for people and animals. If you have travel plans I can take care of your house and your pet will be well taken care off, staying in the comfort of your home and familiar surroundings. Gabi was fantastic! Our husky, who is normally shy at first, immediately took to her and wanted to play. She had great energy around him. Gabi was very respectful in our house and was attentive of Flos, making sure he got some play time and plenty of puzzles. We would certainly hire her again and recommend her to others. Thank you again Gabi!
Gabi looked after both our energetic pups for 5 days. She was experienced and kept our pups happy while we were away. We would get updates often and she always replied timely when we inquired. Would highly recommend and would definitely let her stay and watch our babies again.
This review is 3 years late but I still remember how well Gabi took care of our little ones! On our wedding day, we needed someone to walk our dogs while we were in the ceremony. Then we also had to have someone go to our hotel and give them a walk during the party. Gabi did all of this with our two little nervous yappers and sent pictures! We were so happy to not have to worry about them on our big day thanks to Gabi!
Gabi was amazing with our two Goldens! We just moved to the area and were a little nervous about finding a new dog sitter and we are so thrilled to have found Gabi. Her communication was quick and we really appreciated the photo updates!

Why they bark (if they do) and what they tend to be afraid of (the other day I walked a very sweet dog who jumped when the leaves where rustling.) And then of course: What is their absolute favorite ... to do ... to eat etc.
A typical day
I know that the most important thing in life for a dog is to walk. I love long walks and enjoy being out in nature. And yes, after walking for a while we stop and sniff. Try me out ... I meet you for free if you sign me up for a few visits.
