When I was younger, from ages 10 to about 15 I volunteered intensely at the MCAS, have fostered adult dogs as well as puppies, and have adopted all of my dogs. Suffering from depression, I know how incredible man's friend can be for everyone, including helping people cope with stress. That's why they deserve those most love we can give them! As someone who does suffer from mental illnesses it is hard to find work that doesn't trigger my anxiety, but being a dog sitter is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a stress free, and playful, work environment. There is no other job in the world that I can see myself doing at this time in my life, and I think I'm a great fit.
