Pet care experience
I am a new vet student at MSU and also new to the area. I have a passion for animals and would love to take your pets on a walk to explore my new surroundings! I have worked at a small animal vet clinic for the last 3 years and have experience with all different breeds and ages of pets. I am fear free certified and know how to handle any situation with a pet while having been trained on animal behavior and signals. I’m looking to pick up some Rover jobs while in school so I can accommodate your last minute needs and requests and love to help out any way I can. I'm extremely responsible with an open schedule and a reliable car. I am a very active person and love the outdoors. I feel that exercise is the key for a happy and well behaved dog! I like to know if your pet has any allergies so that I can bring treats and please let me know if there are certain toys I can bring to enhance your pets experience! I have a lot of experience with Rover in the past but have recently re-downloaded the app with my down time and am excited!

My dogs have a very specific routine (they are all very spoiled rescue pups with some health issues) so I do everything I can to make sure they are stimulated and stress free. Walks, playtime, treats and toys are all part of the routine! My cats are indoor and just want sleep and affection!

No breed preferences, just like to know allergies to food, triggers your dog may have, things that may potentially scare your dog, and their favorite activities (play with a ball or frisbee, etc.)
A typical day
I am new to the area and want to explore my surroundings and take your pet to new parks, neighborhoods or trails that we can both safely enjoy! I am also very mindful of the heat so I make sure we aren’t spending too much time on hot pavement or in the direct sun.

I have 5 pets of my own (2 cats and 3 dogs) so pet care is a major part of my every day routine. Also having worked at a vet clinic, I’m well versed in medical care and compassionate handling. Pet care is second nature to me.
