Pet care experience
I am a dog mom of two Labrador retrievers (4 & 10 yrs old) and have spent my whole life surrounded by dogs. I raised my first dog in 2018, starting with her at 8 weeks old. Together we learned how to be a well trained pair (dog and human lol). I was fond of using the book Water Dog by Richard Wolters as my guideline for training.

Gabby walks my dog daily! My Labrador is quite stubborn and enjoys eating things off the ground on all of their walks. It was quite hard to find someone who could handle her on walks. Gabby had no issues whatsoever! She handled my dogs energy and stubborn spirit with ease. I also attribute my dogs better leash temperament to the frequent walks and care Gabby put into her work with my lovely but set in her ways pup.
Gabby R. is a calm, patient, kind, and responsible dog watcher! I feel incredibly confident and at ease when I’ve left my dogs with her!!

A typical day
I love long walks and exploring the surrounding area and neighborhood! Definitely happy to explore around Seattle with your pup to find hidden peaceful parks or trails. Favorite spots at the moment are the Boeing park in shoreline. I am also more than happy to spend a hour or two throwing the ball at the park as well.

Availability
I am looking for part time work as I return to vocational school for the next year. I’ve recently just left my corporate lab job in the pharmaceutical industry and am looking for something different and fun! I am most available in the mornings and afternoons every Friday-Monday.
