At 17, I saved my dog, Kona, from the pound. She was 3 months old. Now, 8 years later, she is the sweetest, most obedient dog ever! I truly care about the well-being of these amazing animals. For example, I researched the plants in my backyard to identify which were toxic to dogs and replaced them, immediately. So, I think it's suffice to say that I will treat your fur children as if they are my own. Since leaving my family behind to finish school at ASU, I have recently rescued an adorable red Doberman puppy named Freddie. He's been a handful, but it has been such a rewarding and worthwhile experience. Not to mention, I've been able to effectively put to practice all that I learned with Kona!
