Licensed Veterinary Technician
Pet care experience
I have been a licensed Veterinary Technician for 9 years working in Oncology for your let’s! My work has exposed me to pets as small as a hamster and as large a draft horse! I have cared for dogs and cats of varying dispositions and temperaments, and feel comfortable in any environment. Pets with special needs (diabetic maintenance, post surgical care, daily medical management, etc.) are my specialty and I have working relationships with multiple veterinarians in the Austin metro area. I am proud to offer my clients peace of mind through an established channel of emergency care should the need arise. Maximize your time away knowing your family is in good hands, I can't wait to show you what I can do for you and your family!
Reviews
Forrest is a dream come true. He updates me on everything. Nero’s chewing. How he’s feeling that day. How they play together.
Forrest is the best!! He kept detailed notes on all my critters' food, potty and play habits. Highly recommend him!
Forrest is the best!! So sweet to our giant dog and so accommodating. I can’t believe he’s real.
My dog was pretty chill when I got home from a six day trip, which tells me he had plenty of attention while I was gone! Forrest left a detailed report of each day I was gone to let me know how Balto did. I'll definitely use him again!

I am currently not hosting pets in my home at this time. Please stay tuned for an update soon, I will have more information in the next few months.
Information Forrest B. would like to know about your pet
We will discuss any behavioral or medical concerns and conditions, routines, preferences, and special requests before hand. Need me to pick up the paper? Check the mail? Water the yard? You got it. We can iron out all of these details during the initial consultation.
A typical day
I am an active individual, walks around the neighborhood or at local hiking trails are always included and encouraged! On a typical visit we begin with a stimulating walk, I like to ask the pet how their day has been and tell them about mine (it sounds crazy on paper, but who doesn't talk to their pet?!) to work out some energy. Meals and medications come next, then the visit is concluded with a brief potty break or walk and some down time. I also try to send mom or dad a text message update with a picture at least once daily.
