Growing up with a single parent it was hard for us to have family pets. Therefore, my true love for animals came a little later in life, but my adult years have yielded some great memories with them, especially with dogs. I was given the opportunity to care for a rescue dog that was abused in her past and she has taught me so much. Caring for a high energy rescue pit bull has really taught me how to understand a dogs individuals needs as well as being patient and sensitive to those needs. In addition, to my love for dogs, my schedule at the moment is very open and I am extremely flexible during the day. I enjoy being active, I look forward to playing tug of war and catch just as much as a dog would and that's why I feel animals love me and so will you.
