I have had a family dog my whole life that I have cared for, thu current one a black lab pit bull mix named Molly. I have also babysat for families that also have dogs, so I would watch the kids as well as the dogs, taking them all to dog parks to get some energy out (of kids and dogs!) I’ve house sat for families that have dogs or cats that I took care of along with the house. I volunteered at the Humane Society for about a year, where my responsibility was to walk dogs along the river next to the shelter. I would also occasionally help with events scheduled by the shelter where dogs would be brought somewhere public to meet with other dogs and people.
