Fernanda was absolutely fantastic! Me and my fiancé had to leave for a week for a family wedding and it was the first time we had to board our kitten. I did so much research on where to board him but felt so anxious about him being stuck in a small room without much time or room to explore and play. Since he is only 5 months he really needs that! We originally had a pet hotel booked but then I came to rover and came across Fernanda. She made leaving our cat as easy as it could be. She sent daily updates which included pictures and videos without me even asking and I had no anxiety knowing he was in her hands. I truly felt that she cared for him as if he were her own. When we picked him up, she had everything all packed and ready to go and was flexible with us being late from traffic! We will absolutely use Fernanda again for any future boarding.
