Pet care experience
I have grown up around dogs my entire life. Back at home, I have two fur babies/siblings, Zorro, the 80 lb. Boxer, and Betty White Socks, a Boston Terrier. In my family, we treat dogs as our siblings/children. They sleep in our beds, go on car rides and walks, cuddle on the couch and watch movies, and receive the best care. Since moving to Charlottesville for UVA, I have puppy-sat three different dogs multiple times, aging from under a year old to 10 years old. These included stays at the owner's home as well as boarding at my own apartment. I always love visits with dogs, since I can't always be around my childhood fur babies back home. Now that I will be graduating this summer and entering grad school, I am looking to spend much more of my time with dogs.

Felicity did such a nice job taking care of my two dogs and two cats. I came home to happy, relaxed animals. One of my dogs has a lot of anxiety, and Felicity was great with her - I could see the increased relaxation in my dog's eyes with the pictures that Felicity sent. I am grateful for the wonderful job that she did with my crew - Felicity comes with high recommendations from me!
Felicity is always great! She's very neat and the dogs are always happy when we get home! She also sends super cute photos!
So happy to have found Felicity on Rover! She is dependable and flexible with my inconsistent schedule. While I was on vacation, I felt confident that my two dogs were enjoying themselves in her company. I know they were well loved in my absence!
Felicity did a great job watching our crew (two pups and two kitties). One of our dogs is older and needs some special care and she quickly warmed up to Felicity. She kept us informed on how they were doing and sent pics often. We would definately use Felicity again.

I love any and all dogs! Before caring for your fur baby, I would like to know a little bit about what your dog enjoys doing, any special diet needs, and how they are around other dogs (just so I know if I need to be careful when taking them on walks-my childhood dogs have had some socialization issues with other dogs, so I am definitely experienced with handling antisocial pups). We can discuss any other necessary details.
A typical day
Along with walking your dog around the downtown mall and UVA Grounds, I love going to the nature trails and parks in the Charlottesville area. Some of my favorites include Riverview, Kemper, and McIntire (to name a few). I am always looking to explore new areas! I also love to hike. At the end of our day, I love curling up on the couch with a good movie and a furry companion.
