I’ve had German Shepards growing up. My husband & I had a yellow lab when my now 18 & 16 year old were 2 years old & 4 months. My husband & I have always had a couple of cats at a time as well. We currently have three children 18, 16 & 12. Two dogs-A 4 year old rescue German shepherd mix we adopted at 4 1/2 months & a 2 year old German shepherd who has been a part of the family since 8 weeks. I have fostered puppies, dogs & cats over the years & have found it very rewarding. I have taken care of friends & family’s pets for years as well. We’re definitely a animal friendly house!

We have left our pup, Smokey, with Felicia and family several times and will continue to do so! They are friendly, great communicators, flexible and overall a delight to work with. We know that Smokey will be in great hands when he stays with Felicia.

I have 2 dogs who sleep with the kids. They don’t need a crate but if you’re more comfortable with one for your pup that is fine. Our cats’ food & litter boxes are downstairs so the dogs don’t have access to it. Of course the cats have full roam of the house so dogs must be cat friendly/savvy. I’m happy to take your pup for a walk/potty break while you’re at work.

A typical day
I enjoy taking the dogs for walks & playing with them. I have plenty of toys/bones for them to keep them busy. Plus I have 2 dogs that love to play!

Availability
My schedule is very flexible so I’m able to give your pup a walk, potty break, or boarding in my home weekends or weekdays. Crate at night your decision otherwise they’ll sleep on a dog bed or with one of my kids. Cats are welcome too!
