My puppy was very fearful of strangers, afraid of new places, and terrified of being left. Faye and Richard were extremely patient with her and so accommodating of her initial grumpiness. I received multiple photos and updates and could tell our dog was warming up to them and feeling a bit more comfortable each day. For us, knowing that they only take one dog at a time and the fact that their home was quiet and calm was well worth the additional cost compared with those who take multiple dogs or have their own dogs. Would definitely recommend, and hope to use again next time!

Faye and Richard are very conscientious dog-sitters. Our dog is a bit clingy and Faye sat with him and took him for walks. She even bought some special food for him.
