Home full-time, Prior Army Vet Tech

Pet care experience

Hey there. My name is Farren and I would love to care for your pet(s) while you are away. I grew up with pets, so my love for animals started early in life. I served in the Army as a veterinary technician for 7 years. I have worked with many species, specializing in canine and feline medicine.

Farren and her family were amazing with our Teddy and Lulu! She sent pictures and texts every day. We felt they loved our babies like their own. Thanks again for everything!❤

This was the first time that our Bella stayed with Ferren and her family and we couldn’t be more pleased knowing that Bella was well taken care while we were away. Even though we didn’t have cell service where we were at. Once we got back the daily updates and pictures was on my phone for us to see that Bella was enjoying her stay. I highly recommend that you consider them to care for your pet.

Farren was wonderful with Ranger. He had the best time playing with the world dogs as well. We received daily updates and pictures. He was the happiest there. I am so happy we found her. Definitely will be using her again. What a great experience for our pup. He was loved and cared for so much.

I love the company of dogs and cats. My family and I take pride when caring for them. We make sure they feel comfortable and are kept safe. My military veterinary experience has given me much knowledge about how to care for an animal properly. I am able to watch your furry friend(s) in my home, or check in on them in your home multiple times a day. I will treat them like my own and I promise they will have an amazing time. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member(s). :)

Information Farren S. would like to know about your pet

If I am watching your loved one(s) in your home, it does not matter the size, breed or personality. I have no breed preferences; I love all breeds. If your pet is staying in my home, it is necessary your furry friend(s) are: 1) Friendly with kids and other dogs 2) House trained 3) No health issues that can be transmitted to animals/people. 4) Up to date on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella) *I will need to know how much/often your pet eats, their personality and any medications that need to be administered. If your pet is staying with me, please bring a blanket with a familiar scent, an adequate amount of food and any other objects you feel necessary.*

A typical day

- Safety is my number one concern. We have a large fenced in yard your pet will enjoy. If not in the yard, your pet will be in the house or on a leash for walks around our neighborhood. - Lots of love and snuggles! - Play time - we have a lot of dog toys, doggy friends and I am home full time (I do leave for short trips to walk other dogs). We make it a point to be home for our furry guests as much as possible to limit their boredom, stress and/or anxiety. - In addition, I will be happy to give your pet a bath and clip their nails for no additional charges with owner consent.

Pet care fits into my daily life because it is currently my primary job. I attend college online and have two daughters, ages 4 and 9. After I earn my degrees, I hope to return to the veterinary field. After all, caring for animals is my passion. :)
