Fan was fantastic, we were gone for 5 days and not once did we have to worry about the wellbeing of our pets. She sent us many pictures and videos, which really helped when we were missing them. Our cat has eye problems and Fan was able to come three times a day to put eye drops in for him. She treated them like they were hers and it gave us such peace of mind they were being loved and taken care of while we were gone. I don't have enough kind words to say, I really appreciated her service! Thank you Fan!
