Pet care experience
I've been surrounded all my life by dogs and cats and all others you can imagine. I am currently a Music Education Major, so caretaking is in my blood and my education. I've handled classrooms of children and I've handled up to five dogs at one time while assisting my family and roommates. From the independent to the highly dependent, from cautious around people to severe separation anxiety, I've seen about all of it!

Information Faith U. would like to know about your pet
I need to know ahead of time if your dog has any behavioral issues. Barking is a very sensitive subject as I live in a row house with thin walls, and there’s minimal carpeting in my home to block out street noise. Your dog does have to be pet friendly, as I have a roommate with an older dog. I also need to know if your dog has any food allergies that I should be aware of, and it would be helpful to see how much your dog eats each meal as to not over feed them! :)
A typical day
Living in the school side of Richmond, there are plenty of opportunities to go around and smell every smell in existence. There are quite a few parks and recreational places in the area, Hollywood cemetery being about a 20 minute walk or 6 minute drive away from my home!

Availability
I am a full-time college student with a job as a private violin instructor, essentially if I'm not at school or at work (each lesson is about 30 minutes at a time) then I'm at home with a dog, working on homework and playing with the dogs during my breaks. The dogs get to be surrounded by nice music as I work on final assignments and such, and plan to open up my schedule completely during the summer!
