Growing up with two dogs, a Lhasa Apso and a Shih-poo, in the Midwest from the age of eight (and recently losing the oldest), I understand dogs are not just pets they are a part of the family. Moving to NYC and often stopping strangers asking to pet their furry friends I have realized just how much I miss my four-legged friends back home, which is why I would care for your canine family member as they were my own! Charismatic and fun-loving, I have dog sat for family & friends since I was about 14-years-old, in addition to my own personal experience. While I do work full-time during the week (please keep this in mind if you plan to be away during the weekdays), I can promise that your dog will have my full attention at his paws as well as, exceptional care and company provided while you are away. If you normally send your pooch to a doggy daycare, I am more than happy to drop them off/pick them up. To ensure any anxiety is eased and keep you up-to-date I enjoy providing pictures and updates via text or email, likely from the viewpoint of your pup.
