Pet care experience
I’ve owned and cared for dogs my whole life and I have extensive experience with dogs of all types and temperaments. I am comfortable with all sizes and breeds of dogs and can handle special needs as I am an advocate for adoption. Exercise can be provided so you don't come home to unexpected messes(we've all been there)! I am also willing to get some socialization in either at the park or in my huge fenced-in backyard with my own dogs if you wish. I am able to administer any medicine and I am familiar with emergency vets in the area. I also don't mind bringing in the mail, feeding fish, cleaning a litter box, watering plants, etc. I will do everything I can to make sure being away from your baby or babies is as unstressful as possible.

Evie stayed with my kids for 3 nights. I didn’t have to worry about anything. She sent updates and pictures throughout the entire stay. When I returned home the kids were upset that I was home. They were wanting Evie! Will definitely rebook with Evie!

Before accepting new clients, I prefer to have a face-to-face meeting with both the owner and the dogs I’ll be taking care of in order to determine the dog’s habits, any potential separation anxiety, and any general information about the dog that will be necessary to keep them safe. I also provide plenty of playtime so that your dog doesn’t get bored and get into things they shouldn’t and keep clients’ houses orderly so that the dog doesn’t accidentally find anything dangerous.

No breed preferences! I've cared for everything from chihuahuas to giant 125 pound spaniel/pit bull mixes(actually there were 6 of them and they were litter mates, true story).
A typical day
My own dogs enjoy walking around our neighborhood and exploring the local parks. We’re new to the area and we’ve had a great time finding new places to hang out. We love the cave at the park by our house!

Availability
I work part-time at a local brewery and have a pretty flexible schedule. My shifts aren’t very long, leaving mornings and afternoons free for walks and playtime and nights available for hanging out on the couch keeping your dog comfortable while you’re away.
