Pet care experience
I haven’t always loved dogs. I was never introduced to dogs properly and feared them out of inexperience when was very young. It wasn’t until I turned eight that I recognized dogs were these incredible animals that could reward your attention with affection. I realized this when I met my aunt’s pair of golden retrievers that would bark and jump up on the fence at how excited they were to see someone. I was, of course, terrified. I wasn’t much taller than they were when standing on their hind legs. When I approached the gate I selflessly let my father take the lead and followed close behind. As soon as I stepped into their yard the younger golden, Colby, ran to get one of his beloved tennis balls to share with me by gracing me with its glorious slobbery presence on my foot. That was it, all it took was one throw and I was hooked. I am 22 now and just got my first puppy, a doberman named Khaleesi. Today my fiance and I approach almost every dog we see with open arms looking to make new furry friends. Most of my experience with dogs comes from the rescue lab and Yorkie we had at home as well as the abundance of dogs my extended family has. I have also been dog sitting for personal favors for family and friends the past 4 years, and am currently dog sitting throughout the summer for a golden retriever named Shua. Everyday, when I get home, Shua and I play fetch until she gets tired, and if she needs it we also go on a walk. Although my experience with dogs does not span my entire life I have been keen to pay attention and learn about caring for dogs and what their needs are. My fiance has two boxers and a small terrier mix back home and I have spent an abundant amount of time with them, including dog sitting. I assure you that I am fully able to follow your every instruction for whatever needs your dog may have. I do not have a ton of experience with special needs dogs nor senior dogs, but I am not afraid of any obligation I need to fulfill to make sure your best friend(s) is healthy and happy. You can trust me to walk your dog and house sit for you because of my track record of commitment to completing things and doing things well. I am a Dual Degree student majoring in Applied Physics and Mechanical Engineering looking forward to a Masters in Aerospace Engineering. I am a three time All-American in the Pole Vault so you know that I can handle any size dog, and provide any amount of exercise they need. If I am getting from one class to the other I often run even if I am early because it is a faster. I am ready for any responsibilities you wish to give as I am the President of two student groups at my University as well as the proud owner of a Doberman Pincher puppy. Please let me run with your dog, comb their coat, and give them baths. Anything you might want done. I would be happy to help with anything you need!
Reviews
Everett is a very responsible pet caregiver. He exercises my family's dog, Tjue, regularly for us and cares for her when we are away on vacation. She is always excited to see him when he arrives, which makes me all the more comfortable having him take care of her for us. I would highly recommend Everett as a dog walker or dog sitter for anyone.

Information Everett K. would like to know about your pet
I would love to work with any dog, of any breed with any special needs so long as I have the information and supplies necessary to perform such tasks. I thrive off of good communication so if you need constant updates on your pupparoo then I would be happy to provide that. Some things I would like to know are: Does your dog have special needs? How old is your dog? What is their favorite activity? How do they do on a leash? Do they interface well with other dogs? Are they welcoming to strangers? Are their certain people that your dog tends to be more anxious around? (ie. wary of men with hats)
A typical day
Your canine companion will enjoy the hills of magnolia along with the neighborhood dog park. The dog park has lots of space to play fetch or whatever your dog's favorite activity may be. A typical walk would consist of hills and the occasional sprint or run. If it is your desire I would love to work on proper leash etiquette or just not pulling.
