I have had dogs my entire life and have always loved animals of all kinds. I currently have three dogs, a cat and chickens and frequently take care of others. I also have experience caring for horses, llamas, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits and more.

I live in Farmington with easy access to the Metacomet Trail as well as the West Hartford Reservoir for easy and enjoyable walks. We also have a large back yard that is fenced in with only one side open through the woods. This is a wonderful space for dogs to run around and play. I love the outdoors and love animals that can enjoy it with me!

Does your dog like being around other dogs or by themselves? Do they have any special needs I need to be aware of such as medications? How often will they like to go outside? Is your dog able to go outside off leash to play with our dogs? All breeds welcome.
A typical day
There are many wonderful hiking trails in the area as well as swimming spots. Some options are the Metacomet Trail, West Hartford Reservoir, Alsop Meadow, Nod Brook Wildlife Management Area and more. In addition to this, we have a large back yard that is fenced in aside from one side that is only open through the woods. This is a wonderful space for dogs to run around and play.

I am currently a middle school teacher so I am available in the afternoons & evenings during the week and have availability on the weekends as well.
