Hello pet parents! I have raised a high energy French bulldog for the past 6 years and I've boarded countless small/medium sized dogs since I became a verified sitter on Rover. I have a great sense of knowing what animals are trying to communicate and I use this skill to improve their lives as best I can. My 100% 5 star reviews here are a reflection of my dedication to making people and their pets as comfortable as possible while they are separated. I have a 1300 sq ft "Canine AirBnb" with no stairs and a safely enclosed balcony which my visitors love to lay out in the sun on. I can crate at night if that is preferred otherwise the space is theirs to roam including the big comfy couch and king size bed. I can bathe small/medium dogs for an added fee if needed. There are also 2 low traffic dog parks within a 2 block radius which is a good way to burn some energy.

Typical sleeping arrangement preferences 5. Issues Walking/Interacting with other dogs or people 6. Likes & Dislikes, Triggers, Behavior to watch for and/or reprimand 7. How long can they be left alone? Any specific care when left alone? (special treat/toy/music/etc) 8. Barking, *VERY IMPORTANT* Please let me know if your dog barks a lot when left alone as I need to be courteous to neighbors and plan for leaving when it's least likely to disturb them. 9. Anxieties? Please tell me what I can do to calm them down or make them feel at home. 10. Marking Inside? While I do have all vinyl flooring, I have possessions that can and have been ruined in the past so please tell me if there is a history of marking so I can put anything away that might be targeted.
A typical day
I usually walk 1-3 miles per day and can do runs if your dog prefers that. I live within a few blocks of 2 dog parks where I can burn off some energy with lots of fetch. While at home I will usually play with the dogs while working out, cleaning, and doing various tasks. I love having furry friends around as they make typical days not so typical.

Availability
I work from home during short pockets of the day and easily manage taking care of multiple dogs. A self described homebody I do not make a lot of plans that would make it difficult to properly care for pets. My typical dog walking schedule is 6am, 11am, 5pm, & 10pm, depending on the time of year. If you have a high energy dog, I can gauruntee I will wear them out, and if your dog is older or unable to walk much I will make sure they are not strained at all and kept from exerting themselves, especially in extreme temperatures. Feeding Schedule: Breakfast after 7am walk and dinner after the 5pm walk. Dogs are always Isolated while eating to avoid any scuffles and ensure there is not any sharing. Dogs who take medications with meals will be monitored the entire meal to confirm all medicine is ingested.
