Pet care experience
Since the age of 6 I have cared for animals and been taught the discipline that comes with doing so. Growing up on a ranch we owned all types of pets that I was very active and involved with. I walked, groomed, cleaned up after them, and trained them. This past year I have been employed as a Veterinary Assistant where I learned even more extensive training in the care of animals in a professional setting. I know how to perform various treatments in a clinical setting, walk and handle pets, as well as administer medication to cats and dogs. I have also developed an eye for reading a pet’s body language and the best ways to handle a stressed or anxious animal. This job experinece has given me an extensive tool kit of knowledge that I plan to use in my every day interactions with your pets. I have pet-sit for family, friends, and clients in the past years and with proper instruction I am confident in my ability to care for all animals. I left my previous employment in pursuit of additional education in Veterinary Medicine so your support is much appreciated as it’s helping me to advance my career in the care of animals. Thank you for your time and consideration and I hope to get the chance to meet you and your fur babies.

She was amazing! My pup was WORN out! She played, took him on walks, and was perfect at feeding times and all the little things! So grateful for Eva!
Eva was amazing! She walked Koda a few times and it went smoothly. Appreciated her timeliness and communication. Would hire again!
Eva is friendly and attentive and our dogs love her! We have a puppy who needs near constant supervision, and Eva did great with him. Thanks, Eva!
This was our first experience with Rover, and Eva knocked it out of the park. We have quite a menagerie of animals (ferrets, guinea pigs, ducks and chickens as well as dogs and cats); Eva asked good questions at the Meet and Greet, and didn't have any issues caring for them all. She let us know as soon as she arrived, and sent a nice amount of photos and updates. She gave our dogs plenty of time to lounge in the sunshine outside, which was thoughtful.

I grew up handling many types of animals and learning the responsibilities that come with caring for them. I thoroughly enjoy being an an animal caretaker to the extent that I decided to pursue it as my career.
