I owned and operated a dog care business in San Francisco for 20 years. I am also a certified positive reinforcement dog trainer with extensive experience training and caring for dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments.

We love Eva and miss her since she moved to Vermont! My labradoodle started off-leash trips to the beach with Eva and her pack when she was 6 months old, and loved every minute of the eight years of weekday daily trips to the beach and later to a ranch. She came home happy and tired (she is a bit obsessive about the ball!), and the next day would wait patiently for Eva's van to pull up. Also, Eva was also the only person that I trusted to leave my dog to when I had to go on one- to two-week trips every year. My dog was welcomed into Eva's family and I never had to worry about her wellbeing. Eva is a great person and clearly loves the dogs that she takes care of. I highly recommend her.

I drive a vehicle that is equipped with crates for your pet's safety should I need to transport them for their walk. If they are not crate trained, I can make sure they are safely secured while being transported. I always ensure a pet is 100% comfortable with me before we attempt a walk together. Often times, a little relationship building is necessary before our first adventure outdoors.

A typical day
On group dog walks, we explore in the woods at a private property that I lease specially for dog walks. On private walks, we often work on specific training goals like: attention to handler, loose leashing walking.
