As a pet owner myself, I know how hard it can be to trust someone else with your baby/babies- which is why I take this job seriously and always prioritize the pet's safety and communication with the parents. When I have a pet in my care, I stick to their normal schedule/routine as closely as I can. I have plenty of time through out the day to ensure that they'll get physical exercise, mental stimulation, and affection. I had golden retrievers growing up, and currently have a yellow lab, so providing exercise and enrichment to bigger, more active dogs is a specialty of mine. I also currently have an 18 year old cat with kidney disease, so I've gained lots of experience administering medicine and subcutaneous fluids over the last few years.
