Lifetime Dog Lover & Future Vet!
Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Eva, and I'm a third-year biology major with a gigantic passion for dogs! Lady is my Silky Terrier/Bichon Frise mix that I have been raising for nine years now. My strong love for animals has captivated my life and in the future, I plan on attending veterinarian school. My focus when pet sitting is to provide the same special bond and attention that you give your own pet(s) when you are home with them! I pet sit for many of my neighbor's when they are away or vacationing. I have a knack for communicating and caring for dogs as if they were my own family. Currently, I volunteer at PAWS Chicago and at the local vet hospital in my area. A daily life, with animals included, is something that I can see myself doing forever. I love the way a dog wags its tail in excitement as I approach. I discovered at a young age that dogs will always love and can teach a person a lot about how to love unconditionally. That's not to say I don't love cats too! I have experience with cats and I have an orange tabby cat who I rescued from the animal cruelty society. As a traveling pet sitter, I can accommodate multi-animal families by offering house sitting and drop in visits on a weekly basis. Your beloved pet(s) will never feel alone when I am caring for them!
Reviews
eva is great!
Eva is great!!! I highly recommend her. She's super punctual and very friendly. My little Sassy LOVES her! The pictures and rover card that she completes after each visit are always very professional and help to put my mind at ease about having to be away from my "baby."
I have known Eva for several of years, we are great friends and there is no other person I would recommend to watch my pet besides her. I would allow her to dog sit my German Shepard, Hero (age 7) while I were away. Not once have I had any complaints or issues, in fact, she is so amazing, that your pet will be begging you to stay! It is a very fun, dog safe environment. I guarantee you that Eva is the perfect person to let watch your pets while you are away, whether it's to go to work, on vacation or when you just need a little free time from your furry little friend. She is very passionate about animals and she absolutely loves taking care of them. She is a veterinarian at heart. She owns several dogs herself and she takes care of them exceptionally well. She also volunteers at the P.A.W.S foundation to help and support the No Kill shelters. Make the right choice!!!! Call her today!!!! Make sure your dog is in good hands!!!!
Eva has a deep passion for dogs, and it is shown in her actions and behavior. Eva has been caring for my dog for three years, and she has such a great relationship with my dogs, and she does a wonderful job caring for my dogs when I am away, and need her to stay overnight. I highly recommend her to those that are looking for someone that is trustworthy, punctual, and deeply love all dogs.

Information Eva D. would like to know about your pet
- What is their temperament like? - Do they have any fun quirks that I should be aware of? - How do they interact with other dogs? - What are the rules in your own home that I should follow? - Let me know of any favorite toys, sleep spots, treats, etc.
A typical day
Going out for walks and getting frequent exercise is so important for a dog's well-being. There are a wide variety of safe areas and neighborhoods to go explore. Obviously, there is always time for a fun game fetch or frisbee as well. I'd like to know where your dog is used to walking? Do they have any spots that have become a part of their routine? Do you take them to any particular parks to play?
