I’ve grown up in a pet-friendly home with two maltese puppers and one Jindo. As of now, I’ve been focused on fostering dogs because all in all, I believe that the experience is mutually rewarding. I am patient with dogs, sincerely sympathetic as I can be to how they’re held to our human standards and thus especially understanding of their canine needs. I feel like the thing I treasure most about this is that these experiences are genuinely enjoyable to me. I like seeing dogs. I love their smiles and the lopping many of them do while they walk alongside their owners. I think that kind of love feeds positively into the puppers’ behaviors as well. I like being active with pets and mentally stimulating games (like hiding things in blocks) get me as excited as the dogs themselves.
