Pet care experience
I recently graduated with a Master's in Animal Behaviour and Welfare so understanding, training and caring for animals is my life's passion. I love everything about pet care, from grooming and playing to walking and training. I have experience with training dogs using positive reinforcement and am happy to discuss your prefered training methods as well. My focus is on letting animals thrive in their environment by understanding their needs and wants. Every pet has its own personality and care should be tailored to your pet's own character. Having been around and studying animals for some years, I also have extensive knowledge and resources for health-related and behaviour-related issues. I can't wait to meet your pets!

I live in a large two-bedroom apartment with walk-down access to outdoors. My own cat will be in his own space while your pet is with me so everyone can have a peaceful time. My neighbourhood is quiet and has a large park nearby where many other dog-owners walk. In your home, I will make sure to be respectful of the environment and give your pet the best time possible. On walks, I will make sure to take any desired paths and avoid areas that might be stressful for your pet. In terms of Covid-10 protocol, I will always wear a mask when I meet the owner and can wear one inside the house if prefered, making sure to clean my hands regularly and to touch as few surfaces as possible when inside the home. I will cancel the service if I have any Covid symptoms to protect everyone involved. Any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Let me know if your dog has any special health or behaviour needs, any medication that should be administered or a special diet to follow. I would also need to know how your dog behaves around other animals, people and other dogs so I can react accordingly in these situations. If your dog requires specific exercise or training, I am happy to do that while I care for them.
A typical day
I would love to take your dog for a walk in my neighbourhood park where there is a large field for on-leash running and lots of other friends to meet if that's what your dog loves to do. We can come home and relax or do some short training sessions, some grooming or bathing if required, followed by the obligatory cuddle time.

I'm currently at home full time and am looking forward to spending all of my time with animals. All of my time is available for pet-care from morning to night.
