Pet care experience
Hi! I just graduated from Stanford University this past June and moved to Washington DC to start my full time job. I am an absolute animal lover - I miss my dog and cat at home (Seattle), and while I was at Stanford, I walked a professor's dog for all 4 years of my undergrad. I miss having a pet to spend time with! Growing up, I had a wonderful Samoyed dog who had many health issues including blindness. I am very familiar with administering medications, taking care of her when she was not well, as well as showing her a lot of love. My family now has a Pomeranian named Scotchi who we love dearly (and who I replaced myself with when I went to college:). I also grew up with a number of cats who I love and we have one now at home, Mr. Greyson. I cat sit and dog sit for families in Seattle (where I am from) and always make sure to spend extra time with the pets showing them the attention, care and love they deserve! I will treat your pet like it is my own.

Etienne takes wonderful care of my puppy Samara who is a high energy, young dog. Samara gets lots of exercise with Etienne and is always happy and worn out after going out with Etienne. Etienne always takes great care of our house and keeps Samara feeling loved and happy while we are on vacations. A great sitter!

I am excited to care for any breed of dog at any age and with any personality! I get along with pretty much any animal and will certainly get along with yours. It will be important to know if your pet has any health conditions or special needs so I can care for them properly, but otherwise, it does not matter to me their breed, etc...!
A typical day
I am an active person and don't like to be rushed in the mornings, so will be up and moving and can take pets for a walk in the morning. I walk a lot when I am home, and always made time to walk and be active while I was at school as well.

Etienne can watch in your home
Availability
I am working full time, so will need to be in the office from 9-5 on Tuesdays-Thursdays, but on Mondays and Fridays I will be working from home. I can take your pet out in the morning for a walk, feed them, and in the evenings can walk them again and spend all my evening time with them!
