Pet care experience
I've been a pet owner most of my life and a dog owner for many years of a pit bull/boxer mix and currently the owner of a rescued Papillon Mix. I really enjoy the company and affection that dogs give. Their love and trust is unwavering. And as someone who enjoys being outdoors and going to parks, I love having the companionship of canines. Throughout college, I took my dog to every park in town and do the same now when pet sitting for friends. I've had experience dog sitting for friends and believe that my patience and compassion for these creatures makes me an excellent care giver. My friends even joke that their dog likes me better than them! I'd love to meet the special pooch in your life!

Etienne was great! She was on time and walked Levy all around the neighborhood. Levy is not a small dog and can be rather intimidating but she jumped right in and walked him around like he was her own! Next time I need a walker or a sitter she is number one on my list!
Etienne is a kind and patient animal lover who's had cats, dogs and even a pet bunny. Throughout college she had the most well behaved, happy pitbull/boxer. She took him everywhere from dog parks to Petsmart and gatherings with friends, they were always constant companions. She is a go-to among friends who need a pet sitter when going out of town.

Are they okay with other animals? -Does your dog have a tendency to roam or run as soon as they are taken off the leash? Do they come when called? -Does your dog display any type of aggression in certain instances? Such as food aggression? Are the protective over their toys? -Are there any types of foods that should be avoided? -Does your dog get car sick? -Are they afraid of thunder storms?
A typical day
For social dogs, I'd love to watch them run around with other pooches at dog parks. I have a large backyard to play fetch and lots of places to sniff around (on a leash or not!). My favorite is going to parks with walking trails and tree shaded areas.
