We have a great partnership between a work from home dad and a stay at home mother. We take turns making sure the dogs get let let outside, fed, and plenty of exercise.

The care of each pet is different from one to the other. We keep track of each dog and learn their behaviors and take note of how they interact with each-other. If there is special instructions we can of course oblige! We do appreciate any heads up about any little kirks or habits as well just so we can be sure to take note. We have a huge fenced back yard and we also have a few separate rooms that can/are used for kenneling or to be separated if needed.

When dropping your pet off, it is important for us to know if they have had their vaccinations, any medical issues, or if they may have any aggressive/territorial behaviors. That is one of the most important questions we ask only because we have young children and other animals we are watching and have to keep them in mind always. We love all pets and animals and understand some are nervous when going away for a little or meeting new people and we will do our very best to make the pet feel safe. If you would prefer us to kennel at night or during specific hours, we can do that as well. If there are any medications, special diets, or anything we may need to know, feel free to write it all down and we will keep a special folder for your pet so we know the exact plan of care while with us. We are hear to help anyway we can.
A typical day
A typical day starts with drop off at the office side of the house. The room is gated off and has direct access to the sun room/backroom and outdoor area. There are numerous different toys to play with which will keep your pet entertained and plenty of friends to make.

Hello all, Different kinds of animals and pets have been apart of our lives since we were both very young. Our family has had many pets over the years but we currently have 2 dogs which are a golden doodles and a poodle and we also have 2 tabby cats. We live on a 3 acre property on the mountain where we have built a huge fenced in area for the dogs to run around and have fun. Dogs are allowed in just about every room in the house except the basement, which is fenced off. Walking the dogs, letting them outside to play, give them lots of water and making sure they don't get into mischief is second nature to us. We would love to be able to help out by letting you get some away time and not have to worry about your pet. We live less then a mile away from Lake Shannondale and the Mountain Lake Club. Maybe you want to stop by the lake for a swim and don't want to take your dog so feel free to drop them off and go have fun! If you're looking for someone to love your dogs as much as you do while your away then you've found them. let me know if you have any questions and we'll do our best to respond quickly

Very nice folks living in a dog paradise. Duke had a good time and was well taken care of.
Ethan & Stephanie W. were easy to contact and they sent a lot of photos so I could see my 2 pups relaxing and having a good time. MAX and Zoey had a great time interacting with their pups and their children - - I believe the pups would have been happy to extend their stay. If I am ever back anywhere close to Harper's Ferry, I will definitely have my pups stay here again !!
Very good sitters!! Took excellent care of our two goldens. They seemed to enjoy playing with them for the week and we would totally recommend them and use them again.
