Pet care experience
I’ve had animals my whole life and I worked at a local animal rescue for about 5 years. I spent my time there caring for cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs. I am excited to be able to offer my experience to a wider variety of people. I have skills in both dog training and working with dogs who have “stranger danger” and anxiety. I also regularly work with dogs who are reactive to people or other animals and need extra supervision on walks. I adore working with cats! (Particularly those with special needs) I have completed the Fear Free Shelter certification, which means I am able to both recognize and help reduce stress in your pets. I am also comfortable with giving medication and following special dietary restrictions. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby!

This was our first time using Rover, so we were a little nervous about leaving our dog Wyatt with someone he wasn’t familiar with. We are very happy we chose Esther to house sit for us. She was understanding & flexible when we had to change some of the details of our booking. She gave daily updates with pictures to let us know how Wyatt was doing & made sure to reach out to us when she had questions. We would definitely go with Esther again in the future.
Esther was great with our babies! She was very attentive and provided updates throughout the entire time. We will definitely be using her again!
Another great stay and the dogs settled right in for snuggles
Ester was amazing, considering we left her with our 3 dogs literally 5 days after we moved in. She took care of our babies amongst boxes and moving chaos, and gave us updates everyday. Our very shy dog eventually ended up coming to her for pets (which is a huge deal)! Will definitely book her again!

Training, puzzle feeders, and walks are just a few of the enrichment opportunities when I’m watching your dog! I’m also a big fan of “couch potatoes” and love just hanging out if your pets are snuggle bugs.

Availability
I currently work normal office hours, full time. For house sits, any time not spent at work is spent at my clients home with their furbabies. I know each pet has different needs, so I like to be very open about communicating what timing will work best for your pet and I!
