Pet care experience
I am a Studio manager at a small fashion brand based in Brooklyn. I’ve been babysitting/boarding/walking professionally for about 7 years now. Previous to that, I had a lot of pets of my own -- including a Rottweiler, a Labrador, and a Yorkie. I love animals so much and One day, I would love to have one of my own! I am always glad to house or take care of a dog and shower them with love. I love running and so I tend to go to the park a lot. Most of the times I will bring the dog along to play after my run. I am open to babysitting your pups as well as any other pets you may have.

Typically, I will meet with you before we decide on the sitting. If not, I like to ask a few basic questions about the dogs preferences as well as always ask you to bring one blanket from your home so your dog smells you and is comfortable from the get go! I have dog boarded for about 5 years so I have really dealt with all kinds of situations.

I usually ask the owner just to give me a short background on the dog. For example, any triggers the dog might have. Perhaps he doesn't like other dogs or maybe he hates birds! I always just want to know the details so I know the right way to care for him. I would also like to know if the dog is fully potty trained and if he prefers to sleep with me or on his own bed.
A typical day
As I mentioned before, I love the park! If your dog stays with me, I guarantee we will have a lot of fun rolling around in the grass. They will definitely also be shown a lot of love at my apartment as I love to cuddle with dogs I sit late night and watch some movies. We also will go on a lot of walks and try to enjoy the fresh air.

Availability
I work from home most of the day so having a puppy around is a great excuse for me to go out on a walk a few times a day to clear my head. I really enjoy having a dog around as do my roommates. It always brings such a joy to our house!
