Our 12 year old terrier, Nelly has just returned from her first stay with Esme (12 days). We were anxious to find the right sitter for Nelly as the sitter she has stayed with over the last 9 year is no longer able to have her. Esme made it very easy for us right from the start. She organised a meet and greet session at her property and Nelly stayed there for a couple of hours for a trial. Esme even sent me a photograph of Nelly from that visit, settling in and making herself at home with Esme and her family and her dog Elsa, which was very reassuring. It's obvious Esme and her family are real dog lovers and very experienced at dealing with dogs of all breeds, sizes and personalities. We were kept up to date the whole time we were away with messages and pictures and we felt we could message at any time to find out how Nelly was getting on. We will definitely be booking with Esme again in the future and would not hesitate recommending her to any other dog owners.

I was very happy leaving my English pointer with Esme for 5 days. She is in a secure, rural location with a big field to exercise the dogs. Esme communicated really well prior to the stay, we went to meet her, to see her home and where Amber would be staying. It is a lovely place where dogs live as part of the family - Amber seemed to make herself at home on the sofa! Whilst I was away Esme kept me informed with texts and photos of Amber. Highly recommended.
