No Females in Heat
Esme was awesome with my little boy Appa! She was very caring and loved playing with him while I was away at work! She’s the first pet sitter that he didn’t have any accidents with and when I came to pick him up he was all tucked out and was laying in her mom’s lap about to fall asleep! He looked like he had a grand time with her and I can ...
Esme-Aisling is the dog whisperer! My dogs love her and she loves them. My feelings get a little hurt as my German Shepherd tries to stay with her when it is time to leave. I have the comfortable feeling that they are safe and happy when they are with her and her family. I highly recommend her to other doggie parents wanting their children to have their own vacation fun at her home.
We have had 3 dog sitters from Rover, com and all of them have been great. However, Esme is the BEST! She stayed with Mitch for a week and treated him like royalty. Esme really likes dogs of all kinds. Highly recommend.
Love, Fun, & Fenced Yard Runs
"I've never left my dog with anybody before you." "You're the first person I've trusted my home and pets with." "I can't tell you how happy I am that I found you!"
Authentic love can't be faked and the love I have for animals is the real deal. Here's what sets me apart from the rest of the pack:
* I only sit dogs from one family at a time
* I never overbook ...
What Esme-Aisling would like to know about your dog
I definitely need the dog's vet information. I don't plan on anything going awry, but when things go awry, they're never planned.
I want to know if the dog has been vaccinated, for what, and when.
Does the dog need medication? I do administer oral medications, eye and ear washes/ointments, as well as apply localized treatments on your dog's body. I do not, under any circumstance, administer injected medications.
Does the dog have any special needs? I have experience with special needs dogs, but want to make sure I'm qualified to care for your special dog.
Any health issues at all? None of this is reason for me to turn any dog away, I just want to give her the best care possible.
Any special dietary requirements? Any allergies to foods? Is people food completely off limits or is a bite of something allowed?
Please bring enough food with you to feed your friend the entire length of his stay.
Special note on feeding: I feed my dog a raw diet. Don't worry! He has his own special "dining room" your dogs won't have access to. I mention the raw feeding only because I have had difficulty finding a sitter for my own dog who is comfortable with raw feeding. If you raw feed your dog and would like me to raw feed while you're away, please let me know and we can work that out!
I'd like to know your pup's feeding schedule and if she has any treats you'd like me to give her while she's here.
Are you in the process of training your dog? Please let me know as I have some dog training skills.
Does your dog get along with other dogs? People? Children?
Breeds: I accept tiny toy breeds all the way up to giants. I have experience with both!
I will accept well-mannered pitties, so long as things go well at our complimentary meet and greet. Please give yourself enough time for this important step just in case your dog and I aren't a good fit so you can find another sitter. That goes for everyone.
I do accept last minute sits if I have space, but only if we've had a complimentary meet and greet first.
I'd like to know your dog's age. I have experience with and sit senior dogs as well as pups. I really like to know if your dog is a senior or a puppy so I can make sure my dog isn't going to be too much for her. My mom lives one block away from me and she's happy to babysit her granddog if he's going to be overwhelming to a baby or older dog.
Exercise is a biggie. Do you have a bouncing Boxer or an Irish Wolfhound who loves a lazy afternoon. I have experience with high energy dogs as well as the mellow guys. So just let me know how your dog likes to stretch his legs.
How often does your dog take potty breaks? Is she crate trained? House trained? Is she a puppy in training?
I prefer client's bring their own crates if they crate their fur friends. I also like for clients to bring an article of worn clothing so your dog has your scent in his new space.
If you have a favorite toy, go ahead and bring it!
I'm looking forward to caring for your dog!
