Eryn did a fantastic job watching our Lilly! We are new to the Boston area and she was able to come stay at our home with her. We also had a bit of chaos, with my sister and her family here. She did a beautiful job making our Lilly feel at home and well cared for. She was also very responsive and easy to schedule with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for ...

I can say with complete certainty that I've never met a single person who loves dogs as much as Eryn does. If she's not daydreaming about her bright future as a dog owner, she's combing through an endless treasure trove of canine pics on Instagram. Having grown up with a dog of her own, Eryn has an innate knack for caring for and understanding the needs of (wo)man's best friend. Every time she meets ...

Eryn is phenomenal. Lilly, our pup, has separation anxiety and Eryn did a fabulous job of making friends with her early. She visited our home before our trip and they clicked right away. She is definitely a pet person! Lilly loved her. She sent lots of photos and updates while we were gone.

Responsible, athletic, experienced

My family owns a 80+ pound shepherd/Husky mix that I was the primary caregiver for until I went to college. I grew up pet-sitting the animals of my friends and neighbors and spent my college years volunteering at Quincy Animal Shelter, where I walked and cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Now, when I'm home, I regularly walk and babysit my brother's Husky as well as our own (now senior) dog ...

What Eryn would like to know about your dog

I am open to all breeds, ages, temperaments, etc.; however, I prefer medium to larger breeds that are used to being active.

Additional Skills
Oral Medication Administration
Special Needs Dog Experience

When Eryn watches your pet

I love hiking with dogs in places like the Blue Hills, Middlesex Fells, and Noanet Peak. I have a car and often go up to do longer hikes in NH and would consider bringing well-trained, high energy dogs for longer (4+ hours) and more strenuous hikes if their owners are comfortable with it. If dogs are used to running and/or rollerblading, I love doing that as well!

Of course, I love taking shorter and more regular walks in my neighborhood (or that of dog owner's) and local parks, and I'm very happy to play fetch or really anything else—including swimming!—with dogs, as well.
