Pet care experience
I have 15+ years of experience providing care for dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments and needs. I have personally owned and cared for pets throughout my entire life, and am often called upon by family and friends to provide care when needed. I am a Dog Mama to Winni- a 2 year old border collie lab mix rescue. I know how seriously I take her care and well-being, and am committed to providing the same for your fur baby. I utilize positive and gentle reinforcement, and specialize in Canine Enrichment Play! I also always have healthy treats on hand. I live in a spacious apartment and have one dog to keep your pet company. I am flexible during the days, and have a large fenced in back yard. We love to go on walks and play. I also have a large crate that can be used if the owner deems appropriate. I am dedicated to continuing your pets routine as best possible in either my home or at the clients home.

I am interested to know you’re dogs daily routine, so that I can provide as much consistency as possible. Any food allergies or restrictions, medications, or behavioral concerns should also be communicated.
A typical day
My dog, Winni, and I are very active, if appropriate based on your dogs individual needs. We go on neighborhood walks, have a large fenced in backyard for fetch and other games, and live in close proximity to many parks. I also have many indoor canine enrichment toys to help stimulate your dogs brain. Winni loves to swim, so if your dog likes too, we’d love to splash around. We also enjoy hiking. If your dog is older or interested in relaxing, we are experts at that too! Lots of belly rubs can be accommodated.

Availability
My schedule is currently entirely open and flexible, so pet care can be prioritized any time of the day or week. I am a Licensed Social Worker and just finished graduate school at the University of Michigan. I am taking the summer off before seeking more permanent employment, and I am totally free in the mean time!
