Pet care experience
I love spending time with animals and will make sure your pet feels loved while you are away. I have had pets my whole life and am excited to meet yours! I have been dog and cat-sitting for friends and family for 25 years, and I have volunteered with the Humane Societies of Durham Region and Kawartha Lakes. I have two cats myself, Ozzy and Jasper, so I know how important it is to have a pet-sitter you can trust. I am calm, quiet, and patient, and I find it so rewarding earning the trust of a shy animal. I would be happy to spend time with your pet in your home, including brushing and playing with them, feeding, cleaning their dishes, and going for walks. I generally only do drop-in visits or walks, but can do occasional overnight housesitting for clients that I have worked with before. I am not able to do boarding in my home.

I would like to meet you and your pets ahead of time to learn more about you and your routine. If your pet has any special needs please let me know. I do have some experience administering oral medication to cats and dogs, and have experience caring for young kittens, including bottle feeding.

I will tailor our activities to your preferences and the needs of your pet. I would love to go for a hike, a long walk, or simply hang out on the couch! I will make sure everybody gets lots of attention while you're away.

My general availability: From May 5 to June 19: Mon, Wed, Thurs: Available before 3:30pm or after 7:30pm. Tues: Only available before 4pm. Friday - Sunday: Flexible. From June 20-July 29: Mon, Wed, Fri-Sun: Flexible. Tues: Only before 6pm Thurs: Before 3:30 or after 7:30pm.
