Pet care experience
Working professionally at a dog daycare throughout & post-college (6+ yrs) for both income and love of dogs, I have an extensive background working with all breed types, ranging in a variety of special needs. I have previous experience as a vet technician and currently work primarily as a wildlife biologist. I am skilled in medication administration, training and obedience. All the dogs under my care are treated like they are my own and I am happy to work with owners to ensure that commands are behavioral corrections are used consistently with owners approach.
Reviews
Erin house sat with our blind lab and cat for 7 days and 6 nights. She did a great job taking care of them, as well as the flowers, squirrels and the house. We came home to a house that was cleaner than the one we left! She gave us daily updates and pictures that helped reassure us that all was going well. Would definitely recommend her and use her services again.

Erin is awesome!! She had a great time with Roxy who instantly adored her. Roxy is a very strong 55 pound dog whom Erin took charge of and handled very well. I would highly recommend her.
My husband and I decided randomly - last weekend to adopt a puppy and companion for our 8y chi. We adopted a cute 8w old pitty baby and realized we obv couldn't leave him home for 8hrs while we were at work without a potty break and some fun! I asked around and got nowhere with friends so I took to the internet and that's where I found rover and Erin. She has been phenomenal! My dogs are so much happier and in turn I get to go to work and not worry about them knowing she is going to visit. She's easy to talk to, knows her stuff, and has an awesome dog of her own that my spoiled babies get to interact and socialize with. I am so happy I found her and can highly recommend her!! I plan to continue to have her visit with my pups and am so happy we found Erin and almost don't want to recommend her because I selfishly want her all to my own pups LOL!! Book with her you will Thank me!!!

I do not discriminate against breeds or energy level. I like to know the personality of the dog, how much socialization they have had and any quirks in behavior I should be aware of. I have a very socialized heeler who goes everywhere with me, she is a great playmate for all levels of dogs. If you are looking to socialize your dog a little more she is a great tool for that.
A typical day
I have a strong philosophy that dogs should get to be dogs, I choose to take dogs to natural areas where they can have the most freedom that fits their limits. If they are good off leash than I love to cater to that, if not I try to diversify experiences for the dogs who need the guidance of a leash. I am 100% outdoor oriented, trail runs, hikes, biking, river visits and dog park are all my favorite dog activities. Home activities of ball throwing or playing with toys is standard.
