Pet care experience
My name is Erin, and I’m an animal lover! I’ve had the joy of caring for several family dogs growing up, including two black labs, a jack russel terrier, an Airedale terrier, a Dalmatian, and several loving mixes from the Oregon Humane Society. I currently have a sweet and sassy tabby named Rue at my current residence, but I’m not able to have a dog. I’m looking for some furry friends in the neighborhood to walk and play with! I’m available on the weekends for drop in visits or for walks. I would love to spend some time with your pup, whether it’s playing fetch, taking a jaunt through Bush Park, or exercising in the backyard!

I always know Oliver is in good hands with Erin! I apprecite that she takes him for runs and longer walks so I know he’s getting plenty of fresh air and exercise!
Erin is very flexible and always on time! It makes me happy knowing my puppy is well looked after while I'm at work.
Erin is great with my nervous pup! She is able to get him out of the house and takes him on great adventures around our neighborhood, which is just awesome! I appreciate the care she provides to my dog and I know he is in good hands with her!!

I make sure to take things slow with introductions so each pet feels safe and comfortable before we leash up and hit the pavement. I check that food and water bowls are full and clean and that each client’s need is met.

I would appreciate knowing what makes each dog feel safe and comfortable. I want to make sure each visit and walk is a positive one, so any special advice or instruction is great! Whether that’s letting the dog smell my hands before petting, treats after sitting or a certain command - the more details the better!
A typical day
I love to spend time with animals, whether it’s indoors playing tug-o-war or outdoors romping through the neighborhood. I enjoy getting to know the personality of each of my client’s pets! I especially like to walk at Bush Park and the Salem Riverfront Park.

I’m currently working a busy schedule during the weekday, but do have availability for drop in visits and walks during the weekend. I’m happy to take your pup for a walk through the neighborhood.
