Hi, I’m Erin! I am an avid lover of animals, especially dogs! I am a proud owner of a handsome Aussie mix that I adopted a year ago. Growing up my family had plenty of pets, including three amazingly compassionate and intelligent Golden Retrievers. During high school I loved to dog sit for friends and neighbors, taking care of breeds of all sizes (ranging from chihuahuas and yorkies to labs and Great Danes). My most recent family dog had no eyes, so I have experience with dogs with impairments and slightly different guidance needs. I have experience walking dogs in Downtown Chicago. I love to walk around town and a canine companion always makes walks a million times better!

I am moving into a two story townhome apartment with my roommate. We have a small yard, but have lots of walking trails and a park with a dog park nearby! My dog is a loving 3 year old Aussie mix that I adopted a year ago. He is really good with other dogs, but definitely prefers some introductory sniffs to get acquainted.

Availability
I am currently working part-time so I will have rather open availability to walk dogs or check on dogs. I start medical school in August, which is more study time than in-person learning so I will have a wide range of hours I am available. I’ll be antsy for a study break and what better than caring for a doggy!
