Pet care experience
I am a 27 year old living in Wyomissing! Recently graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and I am taking a break and studying for my board exam! I’ve been the busy working person who has to leave their dog all day so I get it! I also would love to help out with people going on vacations and need a sitter! I have a lot of Animal experience. I started working at a boarding kennel in high school about 10 years ago. At this job, I was in charge of caring for the animals and was also trained in medicating. I worked at this kennel all through undergraduate school as well. I have one dog of my own and have had animals my entire life. I am also experienced with other animals (horses, birds, hamsters, etc)! I am a veterinarian! (Just graduated) I have over a year of clinical experience from school! I have worked with ALL types of dogs. I have taken care of special needs dogs (blind, deaf, tripod, etc.) as well as post-surgical dogs! I’m very experienced. I live with someone who is able to care for my dog if I need to care for someone else’s dog long term/overnight- so please don’t worry about this! :) I also offer bathing/nail trim services! :)

Erin is the best pet sitter! We have 2 senior dogs that we would not just leave in the care of anyone. Erin did a fabulous job making sure our dog had her meds and giving them the love and care like we do. My husband and I felt very secure taking a long overdue vacation in the hands of a pet expert. Her knowledge of animals is incredible. Just to see my dogs tails wag when they saw her, I knew we had hit the jackpot!
We recently moved to a new state and we were so spoiled with our previous pet sitter so I was really nervous to leave my pets with someone new. Erin put all of my concerns at ease. She is very knowledgeable and reliable. She spent a ton of time at our house with our pets and they loved her! She even sent pictures and updates the whole time we were gone. It was such a relief knowing that our pets were in great hands when we were out of town. I will definitely be asking Erin to stay with our pets again, she's great!!!
When our miniature dachshund, Katie, became ill after a longer stay in a kennel, we knew we had to try a different way. Erin was recommended to us and we met with her and felt comfortable immediately. She took EXCELLENT care of Katie for over a week and we knew she was not only safe but loved as well. Erin sent us photos of Katie while we were gone, which made us feel great about being gone and missing our little girl. We actually offered Erin to stay at our house which she did and again, we were totally comfortable with that arrangement and it gave Katie company at night as well. An added bonus is that Erin has graduated from veterinary school and works as a vet tech until she passes her very difficult licensing exams. What more could you possibly ask for in locus parentis for your fur babies? Highly recommended!
Erin, has taken care of our pups on a regular basis for almost a year. We don’t know what we would do without her as we both have very busy work schedules. She is always there when we need her. She lets us know when she arrives, sends pics of our babies, and reports in when she is ready to leave. The pups completely love her. She is so caring and compassionate and takes care of our pups as if they are her own.

I could take your dog to a park/grass area and play fetch if you would like! I’m open to whatever you would like me to do with your dog. I’m an athletic person who can walk or run!
