Pet care experience
I have had dogs since I was a child and they are a constant source of love and friendship. I grew up taking care of my neighbor's dogs and still take care of my parents' and friends' dogs when they are out of town. At my current apartment, I am not allowed to have pets and I would love the opportunity to care for someone else's dog, since I cannot have my own right now. I have experience taking dogs to veterinarians for check-ups and in cases of health emergencies. I have also cared for dogs with special needs, particularly older dogs. They are wonderful companions and I love interacting with them every day! I would love to show clients' dogs the attention and affection they need when the clients have to go out of town.

We have know Erin for more than 20 years. She has always had a love for pets, especially dogs. When she had watched our dog, Kirby, she was always reliable and trustworthy. We knew we could leave and not worry about the care of our pet. Kirby was always excited to see her when she walked through the door. Erin is a kind and gentle person with pets. We would have continued to have Erin watch our dog, Kirby, if she had not needed to move to the Washington DC for her new job.
Erin is a very responsible, mature, caring and friendly person with a fabulous laugh. She does not drink or use substances, is accountable and professional. She is a pet lover who knows how to cuddle and make sure that pets in her care have all of their needs met efficiently and with love. Dogs easily bond with her and she with them. She is always my top pick for dog sitting. If I were a dog, I would want Erin to be my sitter, friend, snuggler, walker, feeder, entertainer, coach and buddy. Woof, woof, she is the best!
