Erin was wonderful! This was my first time using Rover and although it felt like a much better option than a kennel, I was still very nervous leaving my dog home for several days. Erin dropped by a few days before I left so she could meet my dog and talk to me about what I was worried about and what I needed. She was really sweet and thorough. While I was gone, Erin checked in with me regularly. I hired her to come twice a day, and each time she took pictures of my dog, asked questions and let me know how she was doing! After a few days, my dog stopped barking at her when she came in (a big deal!) and looked forward to their visits. Erin's really sweet and responsible, I felt comfortable having her come into my home when I wasn't there and knowing she was a vet tech also eased my mind -- we never want an emergency to happen when we're gone, but I felt at ease knowing Erin had experience with sick or injured dogs. I will definitely use Erin again if I go out of town!

Erin has watched my dog in the past and has always been great! Her knowledge from working with the animals in her career (veterinary technology) really gives peace of mind. I could always count on her and she would send pictures throughout the stay showing how much fun my dog was having with her! I'd definitely pay a premium to continue using Erin and highly recommend her!
