As the office manager at Country Acres Pet Resort, I am pleased to recommend one of our best employees, Erin Hendry. I personally interviewed and hired Erin as a professional Kennel Technician in April 2008, and was her immediate supervisor as an on-call/seasonal employee from 2008 - 2011. I have managed several young people over the course of my eleven years as a manager with Country Acres and I was always highly impressed with Erin's work ethic and dedication to her craft. The qualities that first come to mind when describing Erin are compassionate, thoughtful and dedicated. These qualities are vitally important as her primary job at Country Acres was to care for the animals that were boarding at our facility. She was highly aware and concerned at all times of the overall well-being of our clients. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She would go above and beyond the call of duty when it came to the comfort and happiness of a cat or dog she was supervising. Erin was also very much a team player. She not only completed her tasks in a timely manner, but was willing to aid fellow co-workers. She was consistently on time, dependable, and flexible. When it came to a crisis, Erin acted quickly, but was also calm and collected. She had a positive attitude, and was a wonderful role model to fellow staff. Overall, most importantly, Erin genuinely seemed to love the company and what she did, and it showed. It was a sad day when Erin moved on from Country Acres permanently to move to the city; however, without any reservations I would highly recommend Erin for any position working with animals as she will be a tremendous asset to your staff.
